built on experience.
driven by standards
Aeroserve Ltd. was not built in a boardroom. It was built on over a decade of operational leadership across Heathrow, Gatwick, and Manchester — by someone who has already done this work, at scale, for some of the world’s most demanding airlines.
our story
why aeroserve exists
International airlines operating in the United Kingdom need ground support and security partners who genuinely understand aviation — not contractors who have applied a generic service model to an airport environment.
Aeroserve Ltd. was established to fill that gap. Founded by Faizan Ali, a senior aviation professional with over a decade of hands-on operational leadership across Heathrow, Gatwick, and Manchester Airports, Aeroserve brings something most new companies cannot offer — a leadership team that has already done this work, at the highest level, for some of the world’s most demanding international carriers.
The experience that underpins Aeroserve was built across real operations — managing security programmes, coordinating ground handling, overseeing customer service delivery, and leading teams of over 220 operational staff across more than 360 flights per week. That operational depth is now available to international airlines as a dedicated, airline-focused service partner.

our leadership
the person behind aeroserve
Faizan Ali brings over 10 years of senior operational leadership in UK aviation — spanning security operations, ground handling coordination, customer service delivery, and Lost & Found management across three of the United Kingdom’s busiest international airports.
Throughout his career, Faizan has held executive accountability as Director of Operations — directly responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of aviation security and ground support services. This included managing weekly operations across more than 360 flights and leading a frontline team on a daily basis.
His experience spans 20+ international carriers — including multiple 5-star airlines — giving him a direct understanding of the operational, security, and service expectations of the world’s most demanding aviation brands. He has worked within the regulatory frameworks of the UK Civil Aviation Authority, the Department for Transport, IATA, and ICAO throughout his career.
Aeroserve was founded on a straightforward conviction: that international airlines operating in the UK deserve a ground support and security partner who understands their world from the inside — and who has the proven track record to back it up.
what drives us
the principles we work by
01
Airline-First Thinking
Every decision we make is framed around what is right for your airline — your brand, your compliance obligations, your passengers, and your operational performance. We are not a generic contractor. We are an extension of your team on the ground.
02
Compliance Without Compromise
Aviation is a regulated industry. We do not treat compliance as a box to tick — we treat it as the foundation of everything we do. Our processes are built around CAA, DfT, IATA, and ICAO requirements from the ground up, not retrofitted to meet them.
03
Operational Honesty
We tell airlines what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. If there is a risk, we flag it. If something is not working, we say so. That honest, direct approach is what builds the kind of trust that lasts beyond a single contract.
04
Experience Over Promise
Aeroserve does not ask airlines to take a chance on us. The operational track record that underpins this company is real, verifiable, and directly relevant to what international airlines need. We have already done this work. Now we do it for you.
05
Premium as a Standard
Having supported multiple 5-star carriers, we understand what premium service delivery actually means in practice. We apply that standard across every engagement — whether you operate a luxury full-service carrier or an efficient point-to-point airline.
06
Reliability as a Reputation
In aviation, the only thing that matters is whether you delivered — on time, to standard, without incident. Aeroserve’s reputation is built on exactly that. Consistent, dependable delivery is not an aspiration for us. It is our baseline.
where we operate
our three uk airports
London Heathrow Airport
The UK’s busiest international hub and one of the world’s most complex airport environments. Aeroserve’s leadership has extensive operational experience at Heathrow — understanding its specific regulatory requirements, slot coordination demands, and the high service expectations of the airlines and passengers who use it.
Manchester Airport
The UK’s largest airport outside London and a major hub for international carriers serving the North of England. Aeroserve provides full aviation services and security support at Manchester — bringing the same operational standards and regulatory expertise to every flight we support.
London Gatwick Airport
The UK’s second busiest airport and a major gateway for both short and long-haul international carriers. Aeroserve’s leadership has direct operational experience at Gatwick — bringing proven knowledge of its ground operations environment, airline handling requirements, and regulatory framework.
Aeroserve’s operational focus covers London Heathrow, London Gatwick, and Manchester Airport — three of the UK’s most important international gateways and the airports where international airlines most commonly require a dedicated, experienced ground support and security partner.
Our leadership’s direct experience across all three airports means we understand not just the regulatory requirements of UK airports in general, but the specific operational culture, procedures, and expectations of each individual airport environment.
That airport-specific knowledge — accumulated over more than a decade of active operations — is one of the most valuable things we bring to our airline partners. It is the difference between a contractor who can read the manual and a partner who has lived the operation.
If your airline operates at an airport not listed above, please contact us. We are actively expanding our operational footprint across UK airports and welcome enquiries from international carriers operating anywhere in the United Kingdom.
